The GJ2 Concorde guitar features a lightweight basswood body that offers a fat, well balanced tone. The wood has a muscular midrange, producing a soft sound that is both dynamic and defined. With a body shape based on Grover's original asymmetrical V profile and a tailpiece to match, the Concorde is comfortable to play and a privilege to watch. The basswood is built with a neck though design, offering excellent sustain and stability. The neck delivers a prominent midrange tone, whilst its low end is filled with harmonics for a dynamic sound. The addition of a rosewood fingerboard to the neck adds subtle harmonics to the sound. The responsive fingerboard also tightens up the guitar's overall tone, providing excellent clarity that will let each note sing.
Habanero Classic Humbuckers
Habanero’s classic bridge and neck humbuckers are designed with slip coils for the ability to switch between humbucker to single coil sounds. The two PAF type humbuckers provide an output that offers dramatic clarity and a powerful punch. The number of tones available allows for a more defined and dynamic tone, perfect for chords and rhythm.
Floyd Rose Locking Tremolo
Floyd Rose are one of the leading manufacturers of guitar bridges, using top of the range design techniques to craft outstanding quality parts. With a design that has stood strong for years, the Floyd Rose locking tremolo system allows you to adjust the string tension and pitch to create unique sounds such as dive bombs and pitch bends.
