This unique guitar benefits both acoustic and electric players, as its thin profile body accommodates both types of players. The Acousticaster features a classic electric guitar body shape and neck profile, whilst offering the tonal properties and resonance as an acoustic guitar. With all these versatile features, this guitar is the perfect choice for acoustic players wanting to make the transition to electric guitar or vice versa. This unique body shape consists of a two-chamber mahogany body with a solid spruce top, that offers a superb resonance.

Pickup & Preamp

As well as offering a superb acoustic tone, the Godin Acousticaster is equipped with a Godin GJN1 Mini-Humbucker along with Custom Godin under Saddle Transducer and a custom preamp. Control options include Volume, Mid, Treble and Bass controls as well as independent volume, treble and bass controls for the Humbucker. Players can benefit from easy to access control options, located on the upper bout. In addition, the Acousticaster also features two output jacks for Electric and Acoustic mix.
