This Houston Bass Guitar by Gear4music has a classic black finish and is crafted in the familiar "V" design. You may be forgiven for thinking this instrument will be all show and no go, but a lightweight Paulownia body, rosewood fingerboard and two humbucking bass pickups will have you believing otherwise.
This item is an ex showroom display model. There are light scuffs and signs of use around the casing. The original boxing and manual are not included. Otherwise, the unit operates as new.

The Houston Bass Guitar has a sturdy build and playability that lends itself perfectly to the speed and precision required in the most technical metal sub-genres. The Rosewood fingerboard provides intonation and consistent, impressive response under fire, which is in part helped by the slightly shorter scale length. The Houston Bass Guitar has the looks, playability and sound that make it perfect for a variety of metal sub-genres. A Rosewood fingerboard provides intonation and consistent, impressive response under fire. The body is made of Paulownia wood; a particularly lightweight wood that helps our guitars provide full tone whilst remaining surprisingly agile and comfortable.
The result generates a solid tone, aided by the addition of two humbucker bass pickups. These beef proceedings up, making everything sound fat and warm. All in all, the Houston Bass is a bass guitar that is more than capable of providing the groove for any professional metal act.
