Key Features
Perform, monitor, record. You'll never feel restricted with the Markbass Marcus Miller CMD 102 250 Bass Combo. Its twin custom speakers and 250-watts of power make it the perfect companion in a variety of small to medium sized venues, while the additional line out lets you record directly with ease. You can also use the CMD 102 as your own personal monitor thanks to its angled design, letting you clearly hear yourself while on stage.
If you want versatility for your playing, then look no further than its twin EQ sections. While the EQ1 gives you the controls to shape, finetune, and personalise your sound, the EQ2 lets you inject two distinct and unique characteristics into your performance. If that's not enough tone for you, you can always connect your own stompboxes to its FX loop to further enhance its tonal versatility.

Super compact, the Marcus Signature Combo will feel at home in the studio, on stage, and even in the practice room. Its 250 watts of power is all you need to rock the house down at small and medium sized venues - all while keeping you sound crisp and clear. The cab's angled design also makes it perfect as a floor monitor, letting you hear every aspect of your playing on stage.
The twin 10'' custom Markbass speakers are accompanied by a piezo tweeter, delivering an incredibly dynamic performance with plenty of projection. While the lows remain strong and punchy, the highs offer a crisp, almost sharp-like quality to give your bass a beautifully expressive sound.
The Markbass CMD 102 combines the Little Marcus amp head with a powerful 2x10 cabinet, giving you an incredibly versatile companion for the studio, stage, and rehearsal room. While the signature amp head offers Marcus Miller's unique sound, it also delivers a wide variety of tones to suit anything you throw at it. No matter what you do, your sound will always remain defined, punchy, and full of dynamics.
Its first EQ section is a versatile 5-band, offering controls over the ultra-lows, lows, mids, high mids, and high frequencies. This gives you maximum control over your tone, letting you deliver the perfect sound for any environment and situation. You can even use these controls to discover new and inspiring sounds.
The second EQ sections works a little differently to your standard equaliser. Split into two controls named Old School and Millerizer, you can use them to tailor your tone to take on a vintage-like quality or create an amazing slap sound. Experiment with the Old School control to bypass the low-frequencies and create a bright, Motown-like sound, or play with the Millerizer control to add a nice mid-range focus and cut through dense mixes. This is where your journey into tonal experimentation begins.
Since the Markbass CMD 102 is fitted with the Little Marcus amp head, you get access to its incredible connectivity. Whether you're in the studio or on stage, you'll benefit from its balanced XLR line out. This lets you plug directly into your mixer or PA, with its ground lift switch ensuring your sound is suitable for any environment. You also have access to an FX loop that you can set before or after your EQ section. With this, you can hook up your favourite stompboxes, further expanding its already versatile performance.
If that wasn't enough, the additional footswitch and tuner inputs gives you incredible control over the CMD 102 Combo. Simply connect a dual footswitch and you'll have quick access to the two EQ sections. This is perfect for setting up two or three different tones to use during your performance - like going from rhythm to lead, and then into a solo.
