Single Neodymium Pickup & Powerful Preamp

The Bongo Bass H is equipped with a unique single humbucking Neodymium pickup, these magnets offer a greater output voltage than the more common humbuckers. The Neodymium Humbuckers produce incredibly bright tones with plenty of precision which is what makes them perfect for bass pickups. The strong magnets in the pickups make them powerful, whilst still producing the tight, clean bass sounds loaded with harmonics. Featuring a 3-band active preamp, the Bongo's electronics offer the active bass tones, with access to lots of varied sound for the ultimate performance.

Maple Neck Coupled With Rosewood Fingerboard

Manufactured with a select maple neck, this offers an incredibly comfortable and smooth feel when navigating the fingerboard. The maple neck produces bright tones with good clarity, and it is paired with the rosewood fingerboard, which provides the richer warm tones for a versatile playing experience.

Double Cutaway Basswood Body

The Bongo 4 is crafted with an all basswood body, which produce fat, yet balanced tones with excellent dynamics and tone definition. The basswood is body is lightweight and the double cutaway offers easy access to the higher frets; which all contributes to a comfortable playing experience, especially required for those long gig nights.
