Le Preamp series offers a full range of dual channel tube preamp pedals which all feature a true high voltage design running internally at 200 volts. This clever design preserves the interaction between you and your guitar, while working perfectly with your other effect pedals. Le Clean takes its inspiration from the classic amps of southern California in all shades of brown, black and silver, delivering unique tube warmth and superb dynamics.
Like others in Le Preamp series, Le Clean is equipped with analog speaker simulation which is specifically voiced for your Le Preamp Model, and based on the original Two Notes Torpedo simulator. This speaker simulation affects the DI output and the headphones output, offering you a superb sound. Le Lead is also compatible with plugins, and allows you to download up to 16 additional cabs, for a versatile choice of tones.
Le Clean is equipped with two channels which are independent from each other, and feature their own EQ controls and footswitch. Channel A delivers a lower gain tube stage with a pre-gain EQ, with a a pure ultra clean texture, while channel B delivers a classic sweet overdrive.
As well as offering two independent channels, this compact preamp also features Fusion mode, which can be activated by simultaneously pressing both footswitches. Fusion mode features two sections, including Hot and Cold. Whilst using the cold fusion, players can benefit from the best of both worlds, as both channels are in parallel. Cold fusion offers a range of clean crunch tones which are ideal for solos that need a big impact. Hot Fusion puts both channels in cascade with each other, and delivers a huge gain and sustain.
