Fine-tune your flange

The intuitive nature of the control layout on the Walrus Audio Polychrome Flanger lets you easily experiment and unlock a wide range of modulated tones. Utilise these knobs and switches to craft a range of traditional flanged tones, and some innovatory new ones:

• Rate - Adjust the speed of the sweep by seting the LFO from 0.1 Hz to 8Hz. An LED provides a visualisation of this setting.
• Depth - Alter the strength of the effect by controlling the width of the filter sweep.
• Sweep - Shifts the frequency range to access everything from deeper flange, to tight, more traditional tones.
• Feedback - Dial-in the intensity of the effect. Higher settings will produce more modulated content.
• Shape switch - Select from 3 LFO shapes: sine, triangle or random
• Voice switch - Choose from Traditional flanger voicing, or more radical Complex, notched flange voicing.
• D-F-V -Control the blend of dry signal and modulation. Sweep from fully dry to full-pitch vibrato.
