Key Features
The Dave Smith Instruments Prophet '08 Keyboard synthesizer has eight voices featuring real analogue oscillators, Curtis low-pass filters and analogue VCAs. Many of the front panel rotary controls use potentiometers for "vintage-style" control, and the 100% analogue signal path offers a classic sound, but married to modern features.
Nearly New: This product may have been opened for quality control purposes, returned by a customer, refurbished, or may have non-essential parts or software missing. Otherwise, the product operates as new. This is a great opportunity to buy a fully functioning product at a discounted price.

The Prophet '08 Keyboard can reproduce the familiar sounds of its legendary predecessors, but also boasts modern features like a greatly expanded modulation matrix and additional modulation sources, including three envelopes and four LFOs per voice. The broad array of knobs allows for direct, real-time editing and performance with control right at your fingertips.
Features on the Prophet '08 Keyboard include a gated 16 x 4 step sequencer, arpeggiator and split or stacked key modes with separate stereo outputs per layer. The five-octave keyboard is semi-weighted with velocity and aftertouch, and there is a spring-loaded pitch wheel and an assignable mod wheel.
