With the introduction of firmware 2.0, the MiniFreak expands its sound design capabilities as well as incorporating new effects and a range of upgrades and enhancements. The powerful new wavetable engine comes complete with 32 factory wavetables and 64 patches, showcasing the raw and complex character of the wavetable engine. You can also shape your wavetables and change the timbre using the 'Pulse Width' and 'Filter' controls.

Great for spatial effects, the new 'Super Unison' effect is perfect for expand the stereo field of a sound, helping you to create huge, layered tones and sounds. The 'Shaper LFO' parameter has also been upgraded, allowing you to set the LFO rate of the entire 'Shaper' length, allowing you to create custom LFO shapes with ease. Clock and Transport connectivity also means you can sync the MiniFreak with other modular/audio gear. The favourites panel has also been upgraded, allowing you to quickly access any of the your 64 favourited presets.
