The DRP-1 takes up a tiny 1U of rack space, leaving you plenty of space in your rack case for your other equipment. Equipped with a USB port and SD card slot, the DRP-1 allows you to record directly to external storage devices such as a USB thumb drive, or a memory card. With a host of inputs and outputs for hooking up mics, keyboards, and other electronic instruments, the Gemini DRP-1 is ideal for mobile DJs, musicians, or as a permanent installation in a variety of venues.

The Gemini DRP-1 is a standalone digital rack-mountable recording unit, enabling you to record audio and play it back, all from a single device. The DRP-1 is equipped with a USB port and an SD card slot, which both allow you to record directly to a flash drive or a memory card.
You're given the choice to record in a variety of different MP3 formats, or in WAV format at 44.1kHz/16-bit. You're also given the choice of whether you wish to record in Mono or Stereo, and you're able to to quickly download your recordings to a PC or Mac via USB. A USB cable is included for this.
Versatile Connectivity
On top of the versatile media options, the DRP-1 also features a plethora of inputs and outputs for connection keyboards, microphones, and a variety of other electronic instruments. You can even connect your mixer directly to record true soundboard audio. The device is equipped with a stereo RCA line input, stereo RCA line output, XLR and 1/4'' combo mic input, and balanced XLR outputs. These continue around the front of the unit with 1/4'' stereo line inputs, a 1/4'' mic input, and a 1/4'' headphone jack with its own dedicated volume control.

The Gemini DRP-1 Digital Rackmount Recorder features a large and vibrant full-colour LCD screen with a Search jog wheel for navigating through your files. The screen can display information such as track time, file numer, space left on your SD card, and the file format. This low-profile rackmount recorder is perfect for mobile DJs and musicians, or as a more permanent installation.
