Make Noise Pressure Points Analogue Sequencer Module (20HP) - Nearly New Overview
The Make Noise Pressure Points is an analog sequencer and controller module that you can play with your hands. Pressure Points is equipped with touch plates, which are copper wires with gold plating. These make you a part of the circuit, enabling you to generate a gate signal through the Gate Out, and a control signal through the Press Out based on the amount of pressure you apply to the touch plates. You can also create 3 Tuned Voltages for the activated stage. Pressure Points allows you to add expression to your patch by giving you the ability to vary the pitch or timbre in real time, based purely upon your input. The Tuned Voltages also enable you to play the pitch of a sound in a traditional melodic fashion, program chords, of shift timbral characteristics. Pressure Points gives you true interactive control over your performance.

- The gate signals may be used to turn portions of a patch ON/OFF, generate timing events within a patch, or to trigger a function generator such as MATHS
- The Pressure signals may be used to add expression to a patch by varying pitch of timbre in real-time, based upon the artist's input
- The tuned voltages may be used to play the pitch of a sound in a traditional melodic fashion, program chords or timbral shifts (aka Presets)
- Up to 4 may be chained together (using CHAIN cable) to create controllers of varying size and complexity
- All outputs are capable of driving a passive 4-way mult without loading effects (no buffered mult needed)
- Expansion port allows for sequential control via the BRAINS expander module
- Pairs well wit the MATHS module
- Requires approved power solution from Make Noise, TipTop Audio, or Doepfer
