Often described as a bugle with valves, the wider bore of the Flugel Horn by Gear4music is partly responsible for the gorgeous dark sound it produces. With monel piston valves as standard and a tuning in the key of Bb, this instrument is the ideal crossover instrument for many brass players. As a second instrument for trumpet or cornet players, this instrument is a great addition to a collection for those occasional gigs where the "flugel" is needed.

The Gear4music Flugel Horn includes features often only found on higher-level horns such as a 3rd trigger and tuneable leadpipe.
