This instrument has a full set of ebony fittings, including the fingerboard, chinrest, topnut, and pegs. Ebony is an ideal choice for these parts due to its durability, resistance to natural oils, and comfort. Ebony is particularly favoured for tuning pegs as it holds the string in tune far better than other woods.

This violin comes with the Larsen Aurora violin string set, which offers an affordable introduction to the renowned Larsen range. These strings deliver the perfect balance of brilliance, warmth, breadth, and focus, taking your playing to new heights.

Constructed with a combination of synthetic and steel cores, Larsen Auroras provide unparalleled performance for beginners. The E string is made of pure carbon steel with no winding, allowing for the desired projection and brightness. The remaining strings feature Larsen's unique multi-filament synthetic core, with the A string wound in Aluminum, the D string double wound in Aluminum, and the G string wound in high-grade Silver.
