Explore a huge range of professional drum sounds to play with. The DD5XM provides you with 40 preset kits and 696 percussion sounds. You can also mix and match these sounds to create your own drum kits. DD5XM lets you save up to 59 preset kits for instant recall.
You can also jam along to songs too. There’s 120 built-in songs that you can play and practise to.
Easy to Set up and Use
Setting up is easy. Each input is labelled for every part of your drum or electronic pad so cables don’t get mixed up. Simply connect your trigger inputs to the parts of your drum, and then connect the DD5XM to either a recorder, amp, or PA system.
By using acoustic triggers, you’ll always get great drum sounds no matter what venue. Sometimes using microphones and equipment from a venue may not be the best, but with the DD5XM you’ll always have the best sound.
If you’re practising, there’s an onboard metronome you can use too to help stay in time.
Customise Your Sound
Create your own drum kit. With over 696 total sounds you can pick and choose sounds that you like. You can then save these presets so they can be quickly recalled when you need them.
It’s perfect for professional touring musicians. You’ll be able to take a range of different sounds with you on one compact module, instead of taking multiple drum kits.
There’s also a built-in reverb too, so you can sweeten your drum sounds.
Recording
The DDrum DD5XM recording function allow you to record and playback your recordings. There’s also an SD card slot that lets you connect an SD card with loops or songs, allowing you to play along to them.
