The Vintage Cajons are available in a choice of four attractive finishes, each constructed from 15mm birch wood. Designed for customisation, the Sela CaSela Vintage Cajon comes fitted with a thin splash playing surface but supports exchangeable playing surfaces. The Birch body produces a bright, assertive sound which is responsive to your hands' pressure adjustments whilst the varnished lacquer finish is comfortable and provides long lasting durability. Ideal for the everyday, gigging and performing percussionists and musicians, the Sela CaSela Vintage Cajon combines high-quality German-made parts and manufacturing with a versatile, powerful sound.

Sela CaSela Cajons

The Sela CaSela range gives users a cajon that displays the company’s intuitive ideas of how to improve sound. The CaSela' flat, varnished surface is comfortable on your palm, whilst producing a tone that performs well for both recording and playing live. The Birch's punchy character means the CaSela is ideal for busking, as the sound won't be lost with ambient noise. The sound port has been designed to allow the sound to resonate in a controlled, punctual fashion. The cajon's corners have been designed to sound like a clap, so you can add to the tonal variety of your playing. Subtle features like the Maple edges and unique satin Nut finish makes each model compelling to use. The cajon is lightweight and easily portable, making it ideal for gigs and on the road.
