The Tama Imperialstar drum kit features 100 percent poplar shells with 8-plies and an overall thickness of 7.5mm. These poplar shells produce a crisp sound with a powerful high end and attack. Additionally, the Imperialstar drums are equipped with Tama's precision bearing edges which provide a wide range of tuning ability, sensitivity and response. Fitted with quality chhrome hardware and finished in a burgundy walnut wrap, the Imperialstar shells combine great tone with a stunning design and quality.

In addition to the shells, the Tama Imperialstar 6pc Drum Kit includes a range of high-quality hardware, providing a great foundation which can be easily finished with the cymbals of your choice.
