A first for hi-hat stands, DW have implemented a lateral cymbal seat which lets you adjust the angle of the bottom cymbal. This is a small detail, but it makes every difference to your playing.
For further playability and sensitive response, the bearing link connector reduces friction and increases sensitivity between the footboard chain and pull rod.
When it comes to travelling or even just general wear and tear, you need a hi-hat stand that will stand the test of time. DW's patented Delta Ball-Bearing Hinge is made from state-of-the-art, lightweight aluminium that incorporates ball bearings at both sides to ensure maximum durability.
For maximum flexibility, the DW 5000 Series Hi-Hat Stand features Swivel Legs for easy positioning of bass drum pedals and other stands around the hi-hat stand. The upper rods come standard in two lengths (21'' and 15''), so you can customise the stand to your specific needs.
