Meinl Percussion Cajon Snare 7 1/2" Overview

Add that classic Cajon sound to your set. The Meinl Snare Cajon is an alternative solution to the renowned Cajon design. Unlike the well-known, box version; this snare is designed to be played like a bongo.

Crafted from Siam oak and featuring a hollow body sound port with internal snare wire, the Snare Cajon delivers a resonant tone with plenty of snap. It is perfect for percussionists as it can be easily incorporated to their rig using the standard mounting bracket.

In addition to the Meinl Snare, a silicone cover is also included. The silicone material protects your cajon against any superficial damage such as stick marks and scratches.
