The combination of Bubinga shell, 20-strand Starclassic Carbon Steel Snappy Snares and Steel Mighty Hoop results in an extraordinarily punchy-sounding drum with a generous helping of low-end.
The 12ply/10mm Bubinga shell with quilted Bubinga outer ply is complemented by a natural quilted Bubinga finish with black nickel hardware, giving the TAMA SLP snare a striking look.
