Protection Racket 20" 5pc Fusion Drum Bag Set

A five-piece set to ensure protection to your whole kit. The Protection Racket 20" 5pc Fusion Drum Bag Set includes a 20'' x 18'' bass drum case, 14'' x 12'' floor tom case, 12'' x 9'' rack tom case, 14'' x 5.5'' snare drum case and a 10'' x 8'' rack tom case. Protection Racket's drum cases are renowned for being incredible durable sturdy whilst being lightweight and transportable.

With a rugged and durable outer lining and a soft internal fleece lining, the cases will keep your drums safe and protected at all times. The rack tom case features RIMS. This increases the internal diameter of the case so that toms with suspended or isolation mounting systems will fit. Protection Racket's unique Propadd foam offers the ideal balance between strength and weight, making the cases extremely easy to transport between venues, gigs and events.

The Yamaha Absolute Maple Hybrid Shell Pack features high-quality hybrid maple shells, with an inner ply of wenge, a hardwood native to Africa, sandwiched between plies of maple, offering a great balance of frequencies with clear, warm tones. The shells are ideal for any styles of playing, offering a consistently rich tone whether you are playing at minimum or maximum volume levels.

YESS III tom mount maximises resonance

Yamaha have implemented their advanced YESS III mounting technology, offering reduced acoustic dampening and allowing you to get the best sound out of your drums. The mounts allow the shells to vibrate more freely, bringing out the best of the shells natural sustain and volume.

Hook lugs

The Yamaha Hybrid Shell Pack features classic hook lugs, offering effortless head replacement alongside precision tuning, and even high-tension tuning. The lugs were designed to maximise tone output from the hybrid shells, featuring a small form factor for minimal interference. With a polished chrome finish, the lugs match the rest of the shell hardware whilst complementing the overall look and aesthetic of the kit.

Unique bearing edge shape

The Absolute Maple Hybrid Shell Pack features a bass drum with a bearing edge angle different to that of the tom and snare shells. A 30°/R1.5 edge is used on the bass drum, offering enhanced low and mid frequencies for a more powerful sound to accompany the higher frequencies produced by the toms and snare. The combination of bearing edges results in a stunning tonal balance across the entire kit.
