For a pedal of such small size, the DD-8 contains a world of possibilities. Taking over from its predecessor, the DD-7, Boss have loaded its fresh design with a bundle of new features fit for the modern stage. Three newly developed delay types mean there are even more ways to innovate your ambient sound. Play with a softer touch using the 'Warm' mode, or combine the beauty of delay and reverb with '+RV' digital delay. You can even create glitchy machine-gun effects thanks to a 'GLT' rhythmic delay option. More effects. More variety. More creativity.
The capabilities go beyond just your guitar tone, though. It's equipped with full stereo I/O support and three different output modes. Which means you can even customise your delay sounds in stereo format. Independent mode provides linked parallel delays on the left and right channels. A panning mode lets you produce that classic ping-pong delay effect, while the wide stereo mode gives your sound an enhanced special depth. Topped off with a Carryover switch for total control of your delay trails, there really is no end to the DD-8's functionality.
Free of limitation. The DD-8 packs a gigantic range of different delay effects all in one small pedal. So you can decorate your guitar tone with more freedom than ever before. It's home to eleven (yes, eleven) versatile delay modes for you to get creative with your playing. From classic analog delay, to vintage tape echo, to even a reverse delay for a psychedelic feel. There's simply not enough time to list all the effects that the DD-8 has to offer. But take our word for it - the DD-8 has enough functionality to fulfill the creative desires of any musician.
