The Jackson SCX Monarkh has been crafted from mahogany and topped with a beautiful zebrawood, ensuring it will stand out on any stage and complement any style. Its comfortable single cutaway allows easier access to the higher frets, providing full entry to the entire fingerboard. For that signature Jackson tone, the SCX Monarkh is equipped with dual High-Output Humbucking pickups, along with volume and tone controls, and a 3-way toggle switch.
As well as providing a powerful tone, it is also equipped with premium hardware for improved intonation, such as the Radius Compensated TOM-Style bridge with anchored tailpiece, and sealed die-cast tuners. This model comes equipped with a pair of high-output humbucking pickups in the bridge and neck position. Both pickups offer a versatile tone with excellent output, perfect for a range of styles. Players can achieve pristine cleans, right through to heavy distortion, with the turn of a dial and click of the toggle switch. All of these tonal qualities work together to create the perfect tone that ensures the SCX can handle a variety of genres and playing styles. Its simple-to-use range of controls also let you craft your own tone on the fly.
Sculpted for perfection
The Jackson SCX Monarkh is constructed from mahogany and topped with zebrawood. Mahogany provides a clear tone, while the zebrawood top offers stunning looks that will stand out on any stage.
Designed for flexible playing, the 12"-16" compound radius fingerboard is curved for easy chord playing near the nut, flattening out for playing leads without fear of cutting out during bends. The Jackson compound radius compensated bridge perfectly matches the fingerboard's radius for accurate string action and perfect intonation along the entire length of the neck, ensuring complex chords ring true, while the anchored tailpiece provides perfect tuning stability.
