Classic Acoustic Sound

A Yamaha Acoustic designed to deliver a classic acoustic sound at an affordable price. The FG820 features a solid top, this ensures the guitar's tone will open up over time. Traditional Western Body

Newly Developed Bracing

The FG820 features Yamaha's newly designed bracing. An improved scalloped bracing pattern allows the guitar to produces a richer, louder sound with better projection. Bracing reinforces the guitar's structure and prevents it from collapsing under string tension. Scalloped bracing enables the guitar top to vibrate more freely, enhancing the guitars tone and adding further amounts of resonance and sustain.

Nato Neck & Rosewood Fingerboard

Constructed from nato, the FG820's neck offers a quick and dynamic response with added warmth and balance. The neck is coupled with a rosewood fingerboard that adds warmth and clarity to the guitar's overall sound whilst offering a smooth platform for the left hand.
