The DigiTech SDRUM is designed to keep your creativity flowing, letting you create drum patterns that matches what your playing on your guitar. You no longer need to search for the perfect drum pattern when you have the SDRUM – simply plug in your guitar and play away to teach the pedal the pattern you need.
Its control layout is designed to provide you with the ultimate customisation. Once you’ve set the basic drum beat, you can set the level of embellishment and variation the pattern will have – letting you go from a simple drum beat to full-on rocking rhythms. The DigiTech Drum Pedal is equipped with five different drum kits to suit a wide range of musical genres to give you an incredibly versatile performance.
Another powerful feature of the SDRUM Pedal is its ability to support different parts of a song – the verse, chorus, and bridge. You can also set the intensity of these sections – deciding how loud each part will be played to give your performance a truly professional feel. These parts can also be switched on the fly to enhance your live performance or for experimenting with song ideas.
Featuring outputs for amps and mixers, the SDRUM Drum Pedal can be integrated into any rig setup. These outputs are equipped with auto-sensing – which automatically optimises the outputs for any application.
The SDRUM also has a JAMSync output for connecting DigiTech's JAMSync-compatible looper pedals. This lets you set the SDRUM Pedal as the master of the connected looper – letting you control the loop record, playback, and stop functions.
To ensure the SDRUM functions to its best capabilities, the additional USB port lets you easily connect to your computer to download the latest Firmware update.
The addition of DigiTech's FS3X 3-button footswitch provides you with quick, easy, and hands-free access to a variety of the SDRUM's functions – perfect for making adjustments mid-song.
Three modes provide you with different functions – letting you find the perfect setup for your playing. In live mode, the footswitch provides you with access to the SDRUM's hats/rides functions, letting you select the different variations and sub-beat timings. You can add a crash cymbal on demand with the third footswitch.
The second mode (Table Top) lets you add fills during playback, or temporarily mute the drums when the second footswitch is held down. You can also set the SDRUM's tap tempo or switch the metronome on or off.
The third mode (Direct Part) features similar functions to mode two but applies them to the verse, chorus, or bridge parts. Use the three footswitches to switch between the different modes.
Any electrical items in your order may have been designed to work with a 240V circuit, using a United Kingdom G type plug connection or a 220V circuit, using an EU plug connection. An adapter or transformer may be required for these items to work properly and safely in your country. Some items work with a range of voltages, or have a switchable voltage control built in.
