They’re full of fire. Each EMG pickup in the MH-1000 is packed with ultra-high output, active tone. Known for their powerful voicing and exceptional clarity, the EMG 81 and EMG 60TW will give your riffs a turbocharged kick into the stratosphere. The 81 in the bridge offers the crunchiest, most articulate tone you're ever likely to hear. Saturation and bite fly out of this beauty like cannonballs, thanks to its strong midrange and treble response.

Then there's the EMG 60TW-R in the neck, which will push your solos and lead to the front of the mix, with a thick, saturated voicing. It can also be coil-split to unlock those twangy single coil voicings, which will add more snap and bite to your tone. Your tonal artillery is loaded into these pickups - get ready to fire.

Dark and beautiful. This macassar ebony fretboard offers an exceptional playing experience. It, too, has a bright resonance and an excellent level of comfort, facilitating smooth and efficient fret changes.
