Equipped on this Custom Shop is a trio of hand-wound Stratocaster Fat '60s pickups, which all combine to create Fender's distinctive vintage voicing. With every chord, pluck, and bend, this model delivers an incredible power, overdrive, and smoothness. Through these tones, you can be sure that the '60 Journeyman can accommodate a wide variety of genres and playing styles. Wanting to shape this sound to suit your style? Also featured on this model are a select few controls that allow you to sculpt your sound on the fly. Dial in a dynamic voicing using volume and tone controls, and use the smooth 5-way pickup selector to select which pickups you want to perform with. Truly incredible tones.

Sculpted from alder, this model is lightweight, offering a comfortable performance, whilst also adding a balanced, smooth, and resonant sound to your overall tone.
This material has been sculpted into Fender's classic and instantly recognisable Journeyman shape. With this, reaching the higher frets is effortless thanks to the double cutaway, while the elegant contours offer maximum comfort. The neck been sculpted from maple and topped with a nitrocellulose lacquer finish, which lets your hand effortlessly glide down the smooth material for fast fretting, ensuring each note is crisp and articulated.
