This Fender Made In Japan Telecaster comes equipped with a pair of Hybrid II Custom pickups that produce beautiful harmonics that can accommodate a range of playing styles. Clarity. Sparkle. Delicate top-ends. It’s all here, and it’s clearer than ever. Every song is infused with a bright and clear sound that perfectly displays the nuance of every note. These pickups offer a great balance between lower output vintage coils and more modern, hotter pickups, as they allow you to dip into a variety of genres.
Selectable through a four-way switch, there's plenty of textures and accents to access - from the rich, syrupy twang of the neck pickup to the bright, shimmering cut of the bridge. Using this you can seamlessly switch between piercing leads to choppy rhythm sections at the flick of a switch, and, what's more, you can sculpt your sound further through the volume and tone controls.
Designed for excellence
Crafted from alder, maple, and rosewood, this MIJ Tele offers a great tone and feel. The alder has been used for the body, carefully sculpted into a comfortable Telecaster shape, and topped with a gloss urethane finish for a smooth feel when playing. This has been paired with a maple neck and rosewood fingerboard, which provides a luxurious base for your hand to slide between frets. Not only do these materials give this guitar a standout style, but they also deliver a beautiful sound. Alder delivers a strong and full-bodied tone, whilst the maple and rosewood offers a warm and unique sound.
