Each Fishman Fluence pickup has two distinct sounds. You can switch between these sounds using the 3-way switch. Greg Koch wanted to be able to instantly summon the white-guard and black-guard tones, with flawless articulation and no hum. So Fishman created this signature pickup set to do just that.

Added Versatility

Voice 1 is open and airy with a chicken pickin/big strum styled sound, while Voice 2 produces a fat punch with searing sustain.

About Greg Koch

Greg Kock is an American guitarist who won first place in the 1989 Bluesbreaker Guitar Showdown. Greg has developed his own style of picking, which is referred to as "Chicken pickin".
