The Fret King Label Country Squire Semitone Deluxe is fitted with three different kinds of pickups, providing a wealth of tonal options that will match anything on the market. Innovative and powerful, each of these pickups brings something unique to the table. On the neck, we have a custom designed Fret-King Alnico V Focusfield for a rounded tone which is highly focused, powerful and provides a great amount of depth. The middle pickup is a Fret-King Dallas Special. This single coil offers fantastic dynamic control and a crystal clear sound, delivering a middle ground between the other two humbuckers. Finally, the bridge pickup – an almightily powerful Powertwin double coil which was born to thrive at high outputs with a ferocious tone that will slice through any mix.
A pickup combination this unique and versatile is rare, and provides a vast array of tonal options to help you find your own unique voice. What’s more, an intuitive range of controls allow for a simple usability that can be tweaked to perfection time and time again. These include a master volume and dual concentric master tone - which allows you to roll in and out of certain pickups into another to blend your tone - as well as a pickup selector switch.

Constructed from American alder, the chambered body is designed for a lightweight performance that is resonant and rich in tone. What’s more, the extended cutaway gives you additional access to the frets laid over the premium Indian rosewood fretboard, delivering comfortable playability and durability. The neck itself is constructed from hard rock maple, bolted to the body and complete with a light oil finish for enhanced manoeuvrability. The soft “C” neck profile also ensures an easy playability with minimal strain, so you can rock on right through the night.
