An all-mahogany marvel

Deep, booming lows, strong and present mids, and controlled highs. That's what you can expect from the premium all-mahogany build of the D-120. It'll make chords sound bold and resonant, with plenty of punch in each strum, and thanks to the solid top, it's a sound that'll only get more complex as the wood ages and mellows over time.

Quality hardware appointments

Assisting the natural splendour of the mahogany are a few choice components. These include a genuine bone nut and saddle, a rosewood fingerboard and bridge, and Guild designed open geared machine heads. The nut, saddle and bridge serve to transfer every ounce of your string vibrations to the solid mahogany soundboard, increasing articulation and projection in every note, while the machine heads provide dependable stability throughout your performance.

Powerful dreadnought shape with a scalloped bracing

Make yourself heard. The powerful dreadnought body shape of the D-120 produces an abundance of volume to carry your sound. So, have no worries about playing in an ensemble or busy venue, as the bold resonance delivered by this versatile shape will project your sonics to the very back row of the audience. And in terms of tones, the larger cavity leads to thick sounding notes with plenty of body - excellent for chords and flatpicking.
