Go back in time with a Hartwood Novella! Loaded with two vintage style humbuckers in the bridge and neck position, the Hartwood Novella delivers a big, warm sound. With each pick up designed to produce creamy tones, you can replicate that iconic vintage sound. The Hartwood Novella hollowbody guitar is also equipped with a volume and tone knob, as well as a 3 way selector that gives you full control over your pickups. Also featuring an adjustable bridge and chrome machine heads you can achieve reliable and stable tuning, keeping your music clean and tight.
Classic Hollowbody Tones and Construction
The Hartwood Novella is built for optimal projection. Whether plugged in or played acoustically, this hollowbody produces a great sound, owing to it's classic tonewood selection and bracing construction. With 2 parallel tone bars running down the sides of the centre, this particular use of bracing ensures a robust archtop that is built to last. The rich basswood body, gives the Novella a complex tonality with excellent resonance and sustain. The deep body is also comfortable to hold, with enhanced playability that is suitable for blues, jazz, rock, and much more!
Set Maple Neck for Excellent Articulation
The beautiful open sounds of the Hartwood Novella are enhanced with a mellow maple tonewood neck topped with thermally treated maple fretboard. All Hartwood guitars feature sustainable wood that meets the needs of the evolving world. Composed of thermally treated maple, the dense and natural grain of the ethically sourced fretboards give improved tone and volume. With the addition of a smooth fretboard with pearloid inlays, the Hartwood hollowbody is accommodating to all playing styles. The deep cutaway also allows greater access to the higher frets, so you can get the most out of your archtop.
