Ibanez FZMINI 850 Fuzz Mini Overview
The Ibanez FZMINI 850 Fuzz Mini is a modern reissue of the classic OD-850. The original was a muff-esque overdrive that notable fan John McGeoch described as a ''glorified fuzzbox'', now you can get all the vintage fuzzy character and tone in a much, much smaller enclosure. This isn't a typical fuzz circuit therefore and this Mini variant has seen the name changed from 'Overdrive' to 'Fuzz' to better suit the tone of the pedal, but the circuitry is still the same. True bypass switching and all-analog circuitry maintain the elite quality that Ibanez are known for. For that vintage fuzz tone in a tiny pedal, look no further than the FZMINI 850.

MIJ quality, just smaller. The Ibanez FZMINI 850 Fuzz Mini doesn't compromise on component quality, even when squeezing the circuitry down to a smaller size. All-analog circuitry ensures top-tier performance and superior reliability.
The controls are the first indicator the design is muff-esque; the simple 3-knob 'Tone', 'Sustain', and 'Level' layout is a dead giveaway. The tone, however, is slightly more crisp and brighter than its counterparts. You can still get mammoth sludgy textures by cranking the 'Sustain' knob though, you'll be pleased to hear.
