This means they retain excellent note-to-note clarity while still pushing your amp hard, so you can crank up the overdrive an enjoy saturated tones for metal and heavier genres.
Boasting fatness in the low end, they're as good at chugging chords as they are at voicing screaming high-end solos. And with a built-in coil split feature accessible with the 5-way switch lever, you've got the flexibility to voice clean twangs in addition to chunky humbucker howls.
