Signature shred pickups
There'll be pandemonium. Literally. Strauss's signature DiMarzio humbucker, the Pandemonium, is a roaring, high-octane powerhouse, capable of pumping out crushing riffs with almost alarming precision. With two of these explosive magnets at your disposal, you'll be able to pummel your way through the mix. Expect rhythm licks and chords to be ultra-tight and defined, whilst lead will flow smoothly, with a highly saturated and fluid feel. The True Velvet single coil in the middle then bridges the gap by offering a sparky, single coil tone. From screaming solos the chunky chugs, nothing can stand in your way when you're armed with these.
Shred neck
A special JIVA neck design makes moving up and down the fretboard incredibly quick and smooth, which is perfect for shredding. Being made from maple and wenge wood, it also adds plenty of bright tonal quality, resonance, and sustain to this guitar's voicing. Combined with a bound ebony fretboard, the neck woods add heaps of snap to the guitar's tone, which will add punch and clarity to high gain settings.
