He's known the world over. Paul Gilbert is one of the household names of the guitar world, being a virtuoso who has inspired millions of guitarists over the years. This guitar is an embodiment of his playing, from tone to guitar design, and it sounds impeccable. With Infinity R pickups in the bridge and neck positions, everything you play will be well articulated and full of flavour. They will ensure that the mid-range from each note played is crisp and emphasised, contributing to the rich sound this guitar can produce.
You can also easily switch between pickups using the five way pickup selector, and the volume knob will allow you to turn up or down with ease. As such, you'll have total control over your tone and overall guitar sound.
Quality Woods
Let it ring out. The poplar body of the PGMM21 allows it to emit a balanced sound which will complement the pickups. Whether playing rock, blues, or any other genre, you'll get a nice resonance from the body, which is further enhanced by the maple PGMM maple neck. A treated New Zealand pine fretboard also helps boost tone and playability.
Coming equipped with an F106 bridge, your tuning stability will be reliable, so you'll be able to comfortably play for hours. The reverse headstock and metallic light green finish (with painted on 'F-holes') create the powerful visual appeal, and help to make it stand out. Despite its small stature, this this is one huge sounding guitar.
