Lightweight Mahogany Body

This 8-string Ibanez features a lightweight mahogany body with elegant contours and a smooth design, creating an incredibly comfortable instrument with sweet, warm tonal characteristics. As well as appearance, the Ibanez also features a double-cutaway body shape which allows easier access to the higher frets to deliver incredible flexibility across the entire fingerboard.

Wizard III-8 Neck Profile

The Ibanez Iron Label Guitar feature’s their own wizard III-8 neck profile, offering incredible comfort and speed for fast hand manoeuvres. While the 5-piece neck features a naturally smooth feel, the profile provides a thin, contoured shape that lets your hand cup the neck with ease. The jatoba fingerboard enhances the guitar’s tone with extra projection, offering a strong, hard character which adds extra punch and a subtle amount of brightness.

Multi-Scale Versatility

The RGMS8 guitar features a jatoba fingerboard with angled frets which ergonomically coordinate with the way the player's hand pivots as it moves up and down the neck, offering an incredibly quick and comfortable playing experience. The multi-scale construction offers both short scale and long scale in one neck, allowing players to achieve immense tonal possibilities.

Mono-Rail Bridge

The RGMS8 Iron Label features a special mono-rail bridge to improve string sustain and stability. Designed to work with the multi-scale neck, this bridge provides the ultimate string-to-string isolation, allowing each string to vibrate freely without affecting being affected by the others.
