Starting with a Seymour Duncan JB TB-4 at the bridge, you've got some serious tonal clout at your command. Boasting excellent hot-rod style output and a defined low-end, it can slice through a mix with its muscular voice. Together with the Custom Flat Strat SSL-6 single coil middle and nick pickups, you can enjoy glassy trebles and scooped mids for a balanced sonic character that performs well regardless of the genre. And, of course, Seymour Duncan's engineering excellence means you'll get pristine clarity with each note, so let rip!

The Soloist SL3 presents you with the perfect platform for fast playing. With a slim neck shape, smooth ebony compound radius fretboard and a sculpted neck heel for unhindered access to the top frets, it's going to give your music momentum.

Highly technical, skilful playing becomes much easier on an ebony fingerboard designed specifically for pushing the limits. It's got rolled edges so you can grip with maximum comfort, while the compound radius enhances your playing all over. A sharper curve near the nut makes chord work quick and painless, and it gradually flattens out higher up the board to give a base for daring string bends and adventurous solos.

Underneath that is a slim maple neck that lets you race around the registers at a lightning pace. Its thin profile affords you tonnes of space on the fingerboard for shredding. And speaking of space, there's ample room at the neck heel so you can reach all 24 frets with minimal fuss. Best of all though, a series of Luminlay side dots provide you glow-in-the-dark guidance at all times, so you're on point in even the lowest lit stages!

A tough, durable workhorse

The Jackson SL3 looks great, and it sure plays great. But Jackson have longevity in mind, so they've built this thing to last countless studio sessions, rehearsal jams and stage sets. That maple neck is slim, but it's made from three layers and is set through the body to ensure durability and excellent sustain. Even better, you'll enjoy ultimate stability and climate resistance through a pair of graphite reinforcement rods. Superbly resistant to temperature and humidity-induced warping or bending, this SL3 is in it for the long haul.

Floyd Rose acrobatics

A Floyd Rose 1500 series tremolo bridge and nut puts vibrato theatrics into your hands. Everything from ethereal shimmers to full on, pure metal divebombs becomes possible with one of the best tremolo bridges in the business. And no matter how hard you push the trem, Floyd Rose's ingenious locking nut ensures your sound will be stable for the set, so you can let loose as much as you like!

And to make your life even easier, a super handy Allen key holder is on the back of the headstock, so every time you need to make a tuning adjustment there's no need to search high and low for those pesky keys.
