The Jackson JS 22 SC Monarkh is crafted from nato, offering a lightweight guitar that can be played all night long. Nato is a more affordable tonewood and has a similar appearance to mahogany. The purple burst finish allows the nato's grain to shine through and add a distinctive appeal to the overall appearance.
Jackson High Output Humbucking Pickups
The 2018 Jackson JS 22 SC Monarkh guitar is equipped with a pair of high-output humbucking pickups in the bridge and neck position. Both pickups offer a versatile tone with excellent output, perfect for a range of styles. Players can achieve pristine cleans, right through to heavy distortion with the turn of a dial and click of the toggle switch. With its simple-to-use range of controls, the JS 22 SC Monarkh is ideal for beginners.
Compound Radius Fingerboard
Designed for flexible playing, the 12"-16" compound radius fingerboard is curved for easy chord playing near the nut, flattening out for playing leads without fear of fretting out during bends. The Jackson compound radius compensated bridge perfectly matches the fingerboard's radius for accurate string action and spacing while chords stay in tune up and down the entire length of the neck.
