The back and sides of this guitar are made from east Indian rosewood - they beam with quality. As you strum through chords and pick your notes, you'll find they sing with resonance and fullness. The low end is broad, whilst the highs have a sparkling crispness. This is complemented by the spruce top, which offers a pronounced projection, helping to fill any room with your music.
Forward-shifted scalloped X bracing provides superbly strong support, helping to boost the resonance and strength of the D-28. With these tones at your fingertips, you'll find it very hard to put this guitar down.
With a satin-finished mahogany neck in your hands, fret transitions will feel extra fluid and free. You'll be able to seamlessly piece together more complex chords and lead licks without feeling any friction behind your thumb. Tonally, the mahogany complements the warmth of the rosewood back and sides, but the ebony fretboard has a much brighter sound to add some emphasis to your midrange. The result? A stunningly dynamic sound which excels across the entire frequency spectrum. And you'll be astonished by the luscious sustain to boot.
The world class hardshell case will keep this D-28 safe forevermore. Featuring a strong, durable design and a beautiful aesthetic, it's the perfect tool for taking your Martin to and from gigs and rehearsals. After all, what serious musician wouldn't want to keep their most prized possession safe?
