NUX Tape Core Deluxe Echo Overview

The NUX Tape Core Deluxe Echo offers classic echo from three repro-tape heads allowing for seven different combinations of delay. Its grey/green aesthetic is immediately reminiscent of the iconic original Space Echo units.


Utilising cutting-edge TS/AC technology, all of the natural sound, decay, modulation is immaculately reproduced for authentic echo. This even includes the infinite feedback function, featured on the original, that delivers ethereal sounds made famous by artists such as Pink Floyd.


The integrated toggle switch allows you to flick between true bypass and buffered tails for complete control over your tone. Vintage echo packed into a robust enclosure with modern functionality- the best of both worlds.

Brimming with all the tonal character that made the original so hugely popular, the NUX Tape Core Deluxe Echo has condensed these tones into a remarkably portable format that's much easier to wield. The straightforward 4-knob, 1 switch layout makes dialing in a range of luscious echo very easy:

  • Time - Adjust the length of time between each repetition.
  • Mix- Control the volume of the delay and each repetition.
  • Repeat - Alter the number of repetitions that occur.
  • Mode - Choose from 7 individual echo combinations.

  • Toggle switch -
    • Tail: Buffered bypass ensures delay will not be cut when the pedal is bypassed.
    • T-Lock: Freeze all current settings for consistent performance.
    • Normal: Repetitions will cut out when pedal is bypassed.

Housed in a sturdy enclosure, this ensures the pedal can handle any bumps or knocks that may occur without compromising performance. Perfect for on stage, in the studio, or just practicing, the strong exterior means your stunning echoes never sound anything less than their absolute best.
