This Stealth-5 comes equipped with a pair of Schecter Diamond pickups. Features on this model is a Diamon P at the neck and a SuperRock MM at the bridge, producing an incredibly versatile guitar. When combined, these offer an excellent attack and a wide tonal range that can accompany a multitude of genres and playing styles. Producing a massive low-end response with a sharp high-end growl, the featured pickups are wired with a 2-band EQ for further tweaking.
The Stiletto has been sculpted from a lightweight basswood, delivering a well-balanced and full tone, alongside plenty of grind for a versatile instrument. Schecter ensured the design of the body produces incredible dynamics and definition, with a muscular midrange that has a touch of softness to it.
It's combined with a bolt-on maple neck, which adds a tightness and cut to the bass’s tone. Perform with sizzling highs and firm lows. Alongside this, it also provides a bright characteristic and snappy attack in the midrange. On top of the maple sits a rosewood fingerboard, contributing smoothness. When combined, these two tonal woods offers warmth, sparkle, thickness, and opens to all ranges of the tone.
