No confusion - just straightforward synth sound
Synth pedals are regularly amongst the most complex, difficult-to-comprehend FX boxes out there. As a result of the usually large amount of different controls, it can be hard to get the sound you want out of them. But that's not the case with the Source Audio C4. With a simple 4-knob interface, it won't take you hours to find the right sound for your instrument. Plus, it's flexible. You can use it with both guitars and basses, and the six pre-loaded synth voices are quick and easy to access. From classic analog to bespoke modern synth tones, you've got it all. Play straight away.
Your own synth sound
Finally, you've got all the tools you need to make a synth voice perfectly tailored to you. With Source Audio's Neuro Editing Systems software, free to download for both desktop and mobile, you've got a frankly gigantic range of ways to craft your own synth tone. There are 3 oscillator types, 11 envelope followers, 14 wave shapes, and 25 filter effects to use in creating your personalised synth. You can tinker with all of these different components until your synth voice sounds exactly the way you want it to.
Then all you need to do is burn the preset directly to your C4 pedal. It'll be ready and waiting for you to use at a moment's notice. The Neuro software also gives you access to an extensive library of pre-made synth presets from both Source Audio's experts and other users in the C4 community. So if you're not up for creating your own tone, but get tired of the pedal's six pre-loaded voices, you can choose from a wealth of other, unique voices without having to make one yourself.
Compact and ready for your pedalboard
It may be hard to believe. But all of these sensational features come loaded into one small, pedalboard-friendly box. You've got access to stunning synth sound and all of the possibilities that come with it, in a compact pedal that won't take up much space on your board. So even if you're the biggest FX enthusiast with the most crowded of pedalboards, it'll slot comfortably into your collection.
