For a versatile performance the Spirit GT-Pro Deluxe is equipped with a trio of Steinberger-designed pickups, including two humbuckers and a single coil. Players can easily shape their tone using the volume and tone controls, along with the 5-way pickup selector. It also features an innovative R-Trem Locking Tremolo with a patented double-ball bridge, which allows players to achieve pitch bending effects with reliable tuning. The double-ball bridge allows for easy tuning during a performance, without the hassle of reaching around the headstock.

Although the Spirit GT-Pro Deluxe is built for players on a tight budget, the guitar delivers the same high-quality standards found in the more expensive Steinberger models. Its compact and comfortable body is crafted from hard maple wood, with a neck though design to improve string resonance and sustain.
