The Thrust BQ250 offers versatile tones in an ultra-lightweight and portable package. Its cutting-edge class-D technology provides high-quality sounds and 250-watts of power - enough for any stage. The TC Electronic Amp Head also features a high-voltage MOSFET preamp, delivering an authentic tube-like tone and performance without the need to care for or replace actual tubes.
No matter where you play, you’ll never have to worry about damaging your BQ250's internal components. The overall construction is designed to protect against short circuiting, thermal overload, and even low-speaker impedance. It also features universal power, letting you take your BQ250 anywhere around the world.

Another great feature of the TC Electronic Thrust is the control panel. You have everything you need to dial in a wide variety of captivating tones. The 4-band EQ gives you control over the bass, low-mids, high-mids, and treble frequencies, letting you tweak your tone to match different environments or experiment with to create inspiring sounds.
A unique control on the BQ250 Bass Head is the thrust. This compressor lets you accurately set the dynamic range of your sound, enhancing the overall punch to deliver every nuance of your playing across the entire stage. You also have access to a passive/active switch. This is perfect for setting the best tonal response for active or passive basses.
Designed for the Studio, the Stage, and Rehearsal Spaces
Its compact design makes it ideal for any location. The balanced DI output is fitted with a pre/post EQ switch, letting you connect your amp head to a wide range of mixers, recording equipment, and setups. You can also hook up a 4-Ohm speaker cabinet via the speakON/jack combo output.
Not only can you use the Thrust BQ Amp in the studio and on stage, it also suits home and rehearsals spaces. The speaker emulated headphone output lets you hear the full extent of your tone in silence, perfect for places where loud noises aren’t permitted. An aux input is also included, letting you play along to your favourite backing tracks and songs.
