The VS6 is comes equipped with Wilkinson MWVC humbuckers, which are vintage-voiced in the style of classic PAF pickups. These pickups provide a strong humbucking tone, packed with definition, nuance, and dynamic range, courtesy of their medium-gain output. This style is perfect for blues and rock players who require all the nuances of their playing to translate through the amplifier. However, you don't have to be limited as the combination of pickups and tonewoods ensure that this model can stretch to a variety of other genres. The MWVC humbuckers also enhance the warm and resonant tone of the mahogany, giving you a full tone with great sustain.

Even with its accessible price, the guitar lives up to a high standard. Both its body and neck have been constructed with a quality mahogany body and neck, while the fingerboard is lignum rosa.
