Vox have been at the forefront of amplification for over 60 years. This level of experience is truly reflected in the mastery of their craftsmanship. The Vox AC15 Custom Twin is no exception, packed with two 12” Celestion G12M speakers, you can hear every frequency emitted allowing each chord to chime with the intended presence and notation. A combination of five tubes consisting of 3 x 12AX7 dual triode vacuum tubes within the pre-amp, and 2 x EL84 pentode tubes in the power stage, can unleash crystal clarity or untethered destruction and everywhere in between.
The Vox AC15 Custom Twin features two channels: Normal and Top Boost. Both are equipped with their own Volume control, and the Top Boost channel offers highly interactive Treble and Bass tone controls. This powerful channel pairing provides an abundance of tone-crafting control. Both channels rely on the Tone Cut and Volume controls in the Master section. The Tone Cut control operates in the power stage rather than the preamp stage, allowing an additional degree of tone-shaping. This, combined with Vox’s classic tremolo and warm spring reverb, gives you an unlimited number of possibilities.
