The Pro-Ject Metallica turntable is designed to negate all resonances to and from the chassis. The high-mass glass platter offers tight playback speeds and is supported by an aluminium sub-platter that offers improved dampening and negation of resonances that are derogatory to the delicate performance of your vinyl. The height-adjustable aluminium feet also ensure you can play records on a level surface with reduced acoustic feedback.
Consistent Tracking
This Metallica Limited Edition Turntable uses an 8.6" S-shaped aluminium tonearm fitted with a detachable SME headshell, which makes cartridge installation easy. Made entirely of aluminium, this tonearm negates the unwanted harmonic resonance typically associated with plastic or lower-market tonearm designs. Force and anti-skating are also adjustable, meaning you can swap out the cartridge and truly make this turntable your own.
