With 49 full-size keyboard style keys, this midi controller by SubZero is ideal for computer based music creation and perfect for controlling your favourite plug-ins and virtual instruments. The keys are velocity sensitive, making for greater articulation and dynamics in your performance. In addition to this, an input for a sustain pedal is included, allowing for the inclusion of most universal sustain pedals.
This controller keyboard features simple, conveniently placed buttons that making cycling through octaves or transposing a breeze. The single master sliders function can be adjusted by pressing the M.P.V Mode button, this allows the slider to control Master Volume, Pitch Bend or Velocity.
Pressing the edit button turns the 49 keys of the keyboard into independent buttons. You can specify which MIDI channel the control change messages will be transmitted on. Then you can select whether or not each key is enabled, the key's behaviour (whether it produces a momentary signal or a toggle signal), and the On and Off value. The possibilities of this mode come to life with music software such as Ableton; where a variety of unusual effects can be created that can inspire innovative new tracks. Need a copy of the driver?
