This Micro Converter is designed for monitoring purposes. If you have video hardware with SDI outputs, but want to use a monitor with a HDMI input, then this converter is ideal for you. Just plug into a USB or mains power source, insert your SDI cable, and run a HDMI cable out to your monitor.
You might be concerned that your monitor doesn't display your image accurately. Luckily, this Micro Converter uses 17 point 3D LUT to perform colour correction, which can be edited with free DaVinci Resolve software. This means you can use anything from projectors to consumer TVs with the confidence that you are viewing your image as desired.
