Tonal shaping has never been so easy thanks to the handy on-board equaliser. The 18 XLR inputs provide you with a three bands of hybrid equalisation. Two bands are fixed frequency (80Hz and 12kHz) whilst one is sweepable (100Hz-8kHz), enabling precise positioning. The line inputs provide high and low shelf cut and boosts. If you want more or less weight then adjust the low frequency band. The mid-range EQ is excellent for adding presence or dealing with harsh tones, whilst the top band adds "air" for that "record-ready" sound.
Multiple microphone choices
Your events and recordings have never sounded so good. You'll be free to integrate your favourite studio and live microphones into your set-up. Thanks to the inclusion of phantom power, you'll be able to employ condenser microphones to project any source with absolute clarity and detail. This guarantees that your message will resonate with any audience. What's more, the inclusion of 55dB of gain allows you to drive low-output microphones such as dynamics and ribbons at optimised levels, without the fear of hiss detracting from any performance.
Perfect processing
The 24FX boasts 100 high-quality DSP style presets. 0-9 provide you with traditional echoes. For a greater sense of depth 10-19 comes complete with a unique blend of reverb and echo. Use preset groups 20-29, 40-49, 60-69 and 80-89 to add warmth and movement to your guitars and keys with the unique modulations. Use these to achieve weird and wonderful tones that will make you stand out from the crowd. Achieving fat, deep reverbs has never been so easy thanks to the inclusion of 9 gorgeous plates. It doesn't get much better than this!
Auxiliary sends
The inclusion of an "auxiliary send" knob allows you to determine the perfect amount of processing to be applied to your signal. If you wish to connect an external unit for even more processing possibilities then this can be achieved by plugging in to the "DFX" input.
